In this interactive workshop, Andrew Sykes from the Kellogg School of Management and Habits at Work will introduce the idea that “we are our habits” and share the science of motivation and habit creation based on two decades of research by the Behavior Research Applied Technology Laboratory (BRATLAB). He’ll share insights for driving motivation without only relying on incentives and show how and why non-financial motivators have greater staying power and impact.
